Scholarship value/inclusions

The monthly allowance is €1181 and the scholarship is awarded for the following periods

  • 24 months maximum for a M1 registration
  • 12 months maximum for enrolment in M2
  • 36 months maximum for an engineering degree

An additional allowance of a maximum of 2 months may also be granted to candidates who need to follow a prior language preparation course.

Eiffel scholarship holders also benefit from financial support for transport between their home and their place of study.

 

 

Eligibility criteria

  • Level of study sought: Master's degree only
  • Level of study required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Age: 25 years old maximum
  • Nationality: applicants must not be French citizens
  • Cumulation of grants: students must not already be receiving a grant from the French government

The excellence of the application will be evaluated according to :

  • the mention in the diploma ;
  • the ranking in the class (top 10%) ;
  • the relevance of the project in the long term

 

 

Application instructions

Applicants must complete the online pre-selection file before 15 November 2022.

You will have to attach the following documents to your application file, which you can prepare now

  • A photocopy of your passport containing information on your surname, first name, date of birth and passport number (pay attention to the validity date).
  • A Curriculum Vitae - CV written in French or English, one or two pages long, specifying the applicant's academic achievements.
  • A letter explaining your professional project in adequacy with the training, written in French or, failing that, in English, on one or two pages. This presentation may be supported by an opinion from outside the institution, for example from a company.
  • Transcripts of the last three years of higher education since the Baccalauréat, referring to an academic career in France or abroad.
  • Diplomas already obtained with indication of date, speciality, honours and any other document attesting to the excellence of the candidate.
  • The ranking in the class (if this does not appear on your transcript, ask your school for a certificate)
  • The language certificate or diploma (French and/or English) depending on the course chosen.

As a reminder, the Eiffel Scholarship is a scholarship of excellence and only those applications whose transcripts show an overall average of more than 15/20 will be examined.
